Fudge, 12.2hh Gelding

Fudge, is a lovely 10 year old palomino gelding. He's good on the ground, loves being groomed and picks up all four hooves. He has 3 lovely paces on the flat and schools well in a contact.

He is very forward going so wouldn't suit a novice rider, although he does have breaks, and he has never bucked, reared or bolted. He's done lots of pole work which he is great at, he's also done quite a bit of jumping, he would make a lovely BS pony. He hacks out in company (we haven't tried him alone so not sure if he would), he can be a bit spooky with some things although doesn't bother much about traffic.

Cob cross Dales (with passport), 4 years old, 13.2hh approx. Looks like he still has a little to grow. Been slightly broken and hacked out on roads and in paddock, never had any problems with him but he is still very green.

Unfortunately current circumstances have changed, so lacking time to get him where he needs be. Will make a lovely little project for someone to bring on and will make a lovely kids pony. Penny, 11 years old, 12.2 hands. Ideal 2nd pony or lead rein, we got Penny last year as a true 1st ridden and she is more of a 2nd or 3rd pony, it has become clear that she needs a more confident rider for schooling.

River, Riding Filly

River, is a 11.3hh/12hh striking blue and white Welsh mare, who is now ready to find her new home. River is rising 4 (June), she has taken to the backing journey beautifully, where she genuinely hasn't put a foot wrong. She schools in all 3 paces and has popped a couple of small jumps. I have previously free jumped her and this girl definitely has some scope! We are hacking out regularly, where she has encountered cars, tractors, quad bikes, cyclists and dogs, none of this phased her.

She is doing brilliantly out on the roads, where she will happily take the lead but also will sit behind. She leads from other horses out hacking too. River stands to be tied up, picks up all 4 feet, leads sensibly in and out of the field and is always the first one at the gate to be caught!

With a heavy heart I'm writing this advert due to a new job role at work and increased hours. Luna and Henry are part bred American miniature horses, they are very well bred and registered with the international miniature horse and pony society.

In Luna's pedigree she has her sire KBM Kickin Backs Easter Willy and her dam Patchwork First Symphony and many more, Henry has a lot of Looking Glass stud and many more top ponies also. They both have been shown successfully from a yearling, both are amazing to clip, bath, catch and rug, they also have been led out in traffic and nothing fazes them. Both love attention and will stand for hours to be groomed and bathed. Lex, 16.1hh Thoroughbred Riding Gelding

Lex is a 14 year old thoroughbred gelding. He was a successful racehorse, he retired in 2017 sound. He has been slowly and carefully retrained and re-schooled. He has hacked alone and in company, he has jumped up to 90cm, he has been to local RoR showing both in hand and ridden and he also attended RoR national champs down at Aintree where he won.

Lex is kind and gentle, he enjoys a fuss and a groom. He will turn out alone with mares or geldings, isn't bothered if others are taken away to be ridden and he's left alone and he's not fazed if he's in and others are out as long as he has hay to munch on.
