16.2hh, ISH x ID 4 year old mare. I have owned this mare for 2 years. This is a very sad sale due to no time for her. She is an absolutely lovely mare, honest and brave, has done a little of bit of everything and will turn her hoof to anything.

Darcy is now ready to go on to continue her journey with someone who can give her the time she needs. She is a very placid, laid back mare. Two lovely standard Shetland broodmares likely to be in foal for 2025 as both been running out this year with our multi champion show winning, licensed & registered black stallion “Ladbury Elgin“ who is 40 inches and a proper old fashioned true to type stallion.
Both mares are superb mothers, easy foalers and good to do, fit & healthy, registered with SPSBS with lovely old fashioned breeding. The dun, black & white mare is 16 years old and also DNA tested to carry the mushroom gene & is approx 38 inches high.
The liver chestnut mare is 18 years old & 40 inches high. Although not scanned both look to be showing in foal, absolute bargain as having to reduce numbers due to my ongoing medical issues. Dun mare is £750 and chestnut mare is £650 or £1250 for the pair, reduced to £1000 the pair.
