Shropshire Driving Days - Updated

5 days of glorious carriage driving in the beautiful South Shropshire countryside from the 24th - 28th July. Routes are planned on largely quiet country lanes, through pretty villages, over forestry tracks and estate grassland and average about 20 miles per day. We stop for a leisurely lunch in wonderful locations on hilltops and by castles.

You follow a well marked route at your own pace with everyone meeting up for lunch. We can provide stabling, you can put up an electric corral, camping on site or there are some lovely local B&B's. Our caterers will provide picnic lunches, afternoon tea and evening meal in the village hall.

To attend you must be a BDS member and agree to follow our common sense safety policy. You can drive as many days as you wish. Numbers are limited so book in early.

Bow Top for Renovation - Updated

Superb Bowtop Wagon in need of repair. A lovely shape wagon. The brakes and the turntable work fine. Woodwork is coming away in places and the hinges on butts are coming away from the timber e.g back rail that drops down. It will need a new sheet as it has rips in places. Reasonably sturdy, pulls all right.

Kitted out inside with odd bits but will need sorting, cushion, etc.. doing. All turns round OK no stiffness, doors to the front need putting back on, original glass still there. Would have said made form pine / ply and mahogany
